Swan Lake - Symphony of Lights Minneapolis Theatre reviews
Not my first go 'round
Theory was originally supposed to open for Swan Lake - Symphony of Lights at the event. A few days before, Theory cancelled, which disappointed me, but I still attended.
Swan Lake - Symphony of Lights presented a solid setlist. They performed admirably, interacted with the audience, and I appreciated their concert.
The sound system was a letdown, much like my previous experience at Harrah's Rincon. Excessive bass and poor instrument blending made it difficult to appreciate the finer musical nuances.
Harrah's made no attempt to compensate for Theory's absence. I paid a significant amount to see both bands I liked, only to receive a lackluster rock performance. This isn't a critique of the headliner; Swan Lake - Symphony of Lights impressed. However, being let down after spending so much money and witnessing a band play for less than 90 minutes left me thoroughly disappointed.
